IT Zone Pakistan (“we”, “us”) provides document scanning, document management software (DMS), office paper shredding and office computer scrap buying services in Karachi, Pakistan. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through itzonepakistan.com and while delivering our services, and how we use and protect it.

  • Contact and quote forms: your name, company, email address, phone number, the service you need, budget range and your message.
  • WhatsApp and phone: your number and the messages you send us when you contact us through the WhatsApp button or by phone.
  • Website usage data: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location and similar data collected through cookies by Google Analytics (via Google Site Kit) and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel.
  • Client documents and equipment: paper files, records and storage media you hand over to us for scanning, shredding or recycling.

2. How we use your information

  • To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quotation.
  • To deliver the services you have ordered, including pickup, scanning, indexing, shredding and delivery.
  • To improve our website and understand which services visitors are interested in.
  • To send you service-related updates. We will only send marketing messages if you have agreed to receive them, and you can opt out at any time.

3. Confidentiality of client documents

  • Documents you give us are used only to perform the agreed service. We do not read, copy, sell or share their contents for any other purpose.
  • Access to client documents and scanned files is limited to the staff working on your project.
  • We are happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before work begins.
  • After scanning, physical documents are either returned to you or securely shredded, as you choose.
  • For shredding, a Certificate of Destruction is available on request.
  • Scanned files are delivered to you through the secure channel agreed with you and are deleted from our systems after delivery and your confirmation, unless you ask us to keep a copy.

4. Cookies and analytics

Our website uses cookies for Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to measure visits and the performance of our advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the website will continue to work.

5. Sharing your information
